You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop installation specifications, and apply Lean Six Sigma methods to continuously improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of reliability tools like FMEA and RCA.
• Experience with CMMS software (SAP or Maximo).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Continuous improvement mindset; Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address production losses to reduce impact.
• Analyze failures to determine root causes and implement solutions.
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
• Utilize data analysis to drive uptime and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with design, maintenance, and production teams.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
