Job summary

Bunge in Washington state is seeking an Asset Maintenance Support Manager to maximize the reliability, safety, and performance of facility assets. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, contractors, and leadership to oversee capital projects, support maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, asset reliability, and strong project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agri-business facility maintenance or construction
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Journeyperson status in an industrial trade
• Two-year diploma in Business Management/Administration/Supervision
• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or Commerce (asset)
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs
• Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and manage external contracts
• Strong project management, planning, budgeting and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data handling

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital projects from planning to closeout
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns with maintenance and operations teams
• Onboard and manage external contractors with EH&S compliance
• Monitor contractor performance and negotiate service contracts
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs
• Identify asset reliability risks through predictive maintenance and PM optimization
• Evaluate critical spare parts inventories based on equipment needs
• Participate in management meetings to review budgets and priorities
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and company policies
• Promote health, safety, environmental, and security programs across operations
