GreenState Credit Union in North Liberty, IA is seeking an Asset Recovery Analyst to support the Collections Department. You will research, process, and adjust financial records, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of required tasks while maintaining member confidentiality.

This hourly role emphasizes adherence to policies and strong analytical skills. Candidates with prior financial institution or collections experience and the ability to work independently are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years of financial institution and/or collections experience.
• Two years of experience in financial adjustments, payment application/reconciliation, general ledger management or accounting.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Reports to work punctually, works all scheduled hours, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, organize work efficiently, and make decisions independently.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards.
• Demonstrates a positive member service focus at all times.
• Maintains confidentiality of member information.
• Processes payments, reversals, and reapplications for post-charge-off recoveries.
• Performs daily transactions for the Collections Department, including posting payments and adjustments.
• Assists in reconciliation and adjustments of department accounts and ledgers.
