Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an ARRC Supervisor at the Melville, NY recycling center to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient production. The role focuses on asset control, inventory oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to meet daily goals.

You will mentor associates, coordinate staffing, and support financial decisions like payroll and scheduling, while upholding TJX Core Values and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work/supervisory experience.
• Warehousing experience in inbound/outbound transportation and retail settings preferred.
• Proficiency with software platforms (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Ability to supervise, train staff, and manage assets/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support and help train all Associates within the facility.
• Supervise customer service quality to partners including stores, 3PL, LP, Transportation.
• Ensure staffing levels at shift start.
• Oversee all asset-inventory and inbound/outbound areas.
• Coordinate warehouse processes and support Safety and Loss Prevention programs.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and procedural efficiency.
• Suggest hiring, training, and performance improvements.
• Mentor and develop TJX associates.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and building needs.
