Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Maple Grove, MN facility to execute timely processing of inventory and assets, support ARRC operations, and maintain clean, organized workspaces. You will train associates and communicate issues to ARRC Management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Excel/Word, and the ability to operate ARRC equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to operate ARRC equipment safely (Balers, Fork Trucks).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to stores, 3PL, LP, Transportation, and partners.
• Maintain asset inventory for inbound/outbound areas.
• Track company assets and commodities accurately.
• Support ARRC processes and initiatives.
• Keep the facility clean and organized.
• Comply with Safety and Loss Prevention programs.
