Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Team Lead for our distribution center in New Jersey. You will lead a team to maintain safety, security, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include training, investigations, audits, and coordinating with vendors and executives to uphold Burlington's core values and standards. A valid license and strong organizational skills are required for success.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of asset protection or related experience.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle.
• Ability to lift/move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for people and property in the distribution center, trailer yard, and offices.
• Enforce building access guidelines and audit access points as needed.
• Train and coach the team to fulfill duties and maintain performance.
• Operate and test security systems/equipment and maintain records.
• Conduct investigations and document findings with accuracy.
