Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Asset Protection Auditor to assist the DC Asset Protection Manager in strengthening shrink control, safety compliance, and merchandise auditing. You will participate in OSHA/EPA investigations, manage security systems, and lead audit activities to improve operational accuracy and safety across the facility.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in AP or related fields, strong communication skills, and experience with CCTV/digital recording devices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 1 year in asset protection or related field.
• Experience with OSHA safety standards and investigations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist DC AP Manager with monthly audits to identify shrink risk and safety compliance.
• Support regulatory investigations by OSHA, EPA, and state/federal agencies.
• Coordinate security systems within the site and ensure proper operation.
• Lead auditors in operations; ensure accurate shipping and review errors with leadership.
• Participate in safety incident investigations and help train the team.
• Assist in developing processes to prevent safety incidents.
