Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead investigations, shortage control, and safety programs across our stores. This player-coach role hires, trains, and develops asset protection colleagues while promoting a safe environment and protecting store assets.

You will supervise investigations, partner with leadership and local law enforcement on safety plans, and ensure adherence to policies. A path to strong leadership in loss prevention awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of direct asset protection experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with multiple devices.
• Compliance with licensing requirements where applicable and availability for a flexible retail schedule.

This player-coach hires, trains, and develops asset protection colleagues while promoting a safe environment and protecting store assets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise internal investigations and external protection programs, ensuring adherence to policies for apprehensions, CCTV use, and record retention.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and manage the performance of asset protection colleagues.
• Partner with store leadership and local law enforcement on safety and shortage action plans.
• Maintain building security, support emergency preparedness, and analyze customer and employee accidents to prevent recurrence.
• Schedule staff within budget and educate store colleagues on asset protection and safety practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of direct experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, use multiple technological devices, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must satisfy licensing requirements where required and be available for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
