You will leverage data, CCTV, and exception reporting to protect assets and ensure compliance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in loss prevention or asset protection, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years loss prevention/asset protection experience.
• Advanced analytical skills for data extraction and reporting.
• Knowledge of firearms regulations and ATF rules.
• Experience with investigations and regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Communicates Asset Protection data up, down, and across the organization.
• Leads investigations with exception reporting and CCTV review.
• Manages incident recovery and shrinkage reporting.
• Reviews internal controls and policy adherence in stores.
• Trains teams on AP controls and loss mitigation.
• Coordinates with Ops and HR on responses to unethical activity.
• Prepares dashboards, scorecards, and trend analyses for leadership.
