Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college required or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment or asset protection/related fields.
• Ability to complete state requirements for asset protection work and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory control and cleanliness.
• Lead and develop hourly associates through training, coaching and feedback.
• Oversee loss prevention, safety programs, and claims to protect assets and reduce shrink.
• Train managers and associates on operational controls and processes across multiple stores.
