Responsabilités

• Resolve theft using good judgment and conduct quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas.
• Identify theft trends via technology, reporting, and surveillance tactics.
• Drive shrinkage reduction by implementing action plans and standards.
• Identify, escalate, and support internal theft investigations through various methods.
• Investigate internal theft by gathering evidence and coordinating with AP Leadership and Investigation teams.
• Use video systems to monitor theft activity and aid investigations.
• Leverage RFID data to view merchandise movement and assist item-level investigations.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and employees, responding to incidents and medical emergencies.
• Lead security audits, participate in store meetings, and promote shrinkage awareness and training.
• Serve on the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) and participate in training.
