Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist for New York stores, including Soho Broadway or NYC 5th Ave. The role emphasizes guest safety, asset protection, and SOP compliance on the shop floor, partnering with store leadership to prevent loss.

You will work on-site five days a week, collaborating with teams to uphold security standards and protect people and assets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and interact with guests.
• Educate store teams on asset protection policies and safety reporting.
• Input theft or safety incidents into case management systems.
• Collaborate with store leadership to train for SOPs and Inventory Excellence.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and neighboring retailers.
