Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! Located in New Jersey and Arizona, these facilities combine the expertise of luxury specialists with cutting-edge technology. The team processes, authenticates, and photographs consigned goods for online listing. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will assist with loss prevention, investigations, physical security, and safety within the Authentication Center. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact between Asset Protection and all employees, requiring strong customer service and professionalism.
• Service the main entrance and secure the building.
• Perform building security, shortage control, auditing, conflict resolution, inventory, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with video reviews, high-value investigations, and special projects.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Support off-site functions such as photo shoots, events, etc., during and outside regular hours.
• Sit/stand for extended periods and communicate security protocols effectively.
• Handle security issues and build partnerships with leadership.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of high-end retail and brands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

• 2+ years in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Security.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite, and CCTV.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $18.50 - $19.00.
