Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist for the Safeway store in Boulder, CO.

The role focuses on preventing loss, monitoring for fraud and compliance issues, and maintaining a secure shopping environment for customers, associates, and partners. Responsibilities include employing video surveillance and other systems to identify risks and apprehend suspects per policy and local laws, with safety as the top priority.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in loss prevention or asset protection.
• Ability to work in varying environments including in-store and outdoor perimeters.

Responsibilities

A Day In The Life

As the Asset Protection Specialist, no one day is ever the same! You are focused on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities. You work to identify potential concerns through use of our video surveillance and other systems and apprehend in accordance with company policy, local and state laws with safety as the prevailing priority. The Asset Protection Specialist ensures the store is a safe and secure environment for our customers, associates, and business partners.
