Qualifications

• Loss prevention experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically is needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance to detect and apprehend theft.
• Perform routine facility inspections for security and asset protection.
• Monitor CCTV systems and enforce safety procedures.
• Train new hires in loss prevention basics.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly store audits.
• Perform safety inspections and communicate hazards to on‑duty staff.
• Control access and maintain visitor logs for physical security.
• Support loss prevention and safety programs in distribution.
