Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness and reinforce safety protocols.
• Lead/join meetings and training to enhance asset protection.
• Maintain strong store presence and deter theft.
• Spend 75-80% of time on the selling floor to support service and safety.
• Collaborate with leadership to align shrink reduction initiatives.
• Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
• De-escalate situations with emphasis on safety and client experience.
• Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Represent Sephora and support multiple locations as needed.
