Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner at NY-Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY. You will safeguard Sephora’s assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees, working with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager.

Key duties include leading safety trainings, deterring theft, monitoring with CCTV, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and de-escalating conflicts while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of shrink, safety, and store protocols.
• Ability to verbally de-escalate and communicate clearly.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness across the store.
• Lead and participate in safety meetings and training.
• Maintain visible store presence to deter theft and support service.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• De-escalate incidents professionally while prioritizing customers.
• Complete audits and prepare asset protection reports.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Represent Sephora as needed for multi-location coverage.
