Qualifications

• Two years of college completed.
• 1 year experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year experience in asset protection, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention in a multi-department environment.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.
• If applicable, have a current state Certificate of Eligibility
• If applicable, successful completion of criminal background check and firearms training.
• Associates must attend required trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by effective merchandising and pricing, proper signing, inventory levels, cleanliness, and displays.
• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback; communicate store operations and business changes.
• Investigate and deter violations, conduct loss prevention investigations, and report findings as needed.
• Ensure safety programs are in place and manage claims/receiving operations.
• Coordinate training and staffing to meet store needs and company growth.
