Qualifications

• Experience in asset protection or related area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees stocking, rotation, and presentation of merchandise.
• Leads and develops hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Manages loss prevention and inventory controls; investigates discrepancies.
• Ensures safety programs and accident prevention measures are in place.
• Trains managers and associates on operational controls and procedures.
• Partners with store operations to implement business initiatives and changes.
