Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a safety-conscious professional to manage loss prevention and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on conducting emergency drills, investigations, and safety training across facilities, ensuring adherence to Federal and State guidelines.

Strong communication and flexibility in shifts are essential. Ideal candidates bring a background in security, loss prevention, or military experience, and are capable of leading safety classes and oriented programs to protect people

Qualifications

• Experience in Loss Prevention, Security or Military background is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge to meet compliance requirements of Federal and State policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Flexibility in performing assigned shift work.
• Conducts internal/external theft investigations.
• Ability to lead and teach classes related to safety, orientation, evacuation and powered equipment operation.
