Job summary

Walmart in Manassas, VA is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection Leader to safeguard inventory, supervise teams, and drive loss-prevention initiatives across the store. The role requires at least two years of college with supervisory or asset protection experience, and offers aggressive pay with annual range $65,000–$100,000 plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Two-year college or equivalent.
1 year supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
1 year experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection in a multi-department environment.
2 years experience in asset protection or related area.
Successful completion of applicable state requirements to work in asset protection (e.g., minimum age, training, certification).
Acquisition of a current state Certificate of Eligibility if applicable.
Criminal background check and/or firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

What you'll do in this role will involve protecting assets, leading investigations, and enforcing policies across the store.
Developing and mentoring associates, coordinating with store leadership, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.
