Job summary

URBN is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to lead loss prevention initiatives for a designated Raymore facility. You will protect company assets, reduce shrink and support operations through proactive risk mitigation and investigations.

This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with operations, HR and IT teams. The position involves supervision of AP staff, on-site incident management, and reporting trends to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in criminal justice or business administration or relevant experience.
• 5–7 years in loss prevention, security, or safety; CPR/first aid training is a plus.
• LP certification (LPC/CFI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and computer skills; English literacy in writing and comprehension.
• Experience with CCTV, alarm systems and access control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead loss prevention and security initiatives within a designated facility.
• Monitor shrink, incident trends and KPIs; report to senior leadership.
• Supervise AP staff; provide training, coaching and performance management.
• Investigate incidents and collaborate with HR and legal as needed.
• Coordinate with operations and HR/IT to align AP strategies with business goals.
