Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors by projecting a command presence and greeting customers energetically.
• Maintain a safe and secure store with strong attention to detail and clear communication with leadership.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote theft reduction and service.
• Identify and report indicators of theft and coordinate with store/field leadership; support law enforcement as directed.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for shortage reduction programs for associates.
• Assist in inventory processes and develop action plans to reduce shortage in-store.
