Job summary

Victoria’s Secret in Phoenix is seeking an Asset Protection Investigator to prevent shrink across stores by leading external investigations and supporting awareness programs. The role reports to a Regional Asset Protection Manager and will support Tucson, AZ.

You will work with store leadership, law enforcement, and regional teams to build cases, train staff, and minimize losses while upholding company policies and federal/state laws.

Qualifications

• Co-lead external investigations with supervision and Market Investigators.
• Review data reporting to identify external patterns across stores.
• Utilize EKL to support larger case building.
• Prepare and present cases to law enforcement per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard newly hired asset protection investigators (APIs).
• Participate in the inventory process to minimize shrink.
