Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking an Asset Protection Investigator to join our on-site Distribution Center team. You will prevent losses from theft and fraud, conduct investigations, and report findings to the Asset Protection Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in Loss Prevention, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations while supporting store operations and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer software and surveillance tools.
• Investigative and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changes and support store operations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain general safety for customers, employees and the store.
• Assess and respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Monitor and identify indicators of theft or fraud.
• Conduct external and internal investigations with proper documentation.
• Prepare reports on theft incidents, recoveries, accidents and audits.
• Reduce loss through audits and training, supporting operations programs.
