Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer software.
• Investigative and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to respond quickly to changes or unexpected situations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general safety of customers, employees, and the store.
• Assess and assist with emergency situations.
• Perform monitoring and surveillance to identify theft or fraud indicators.
• Conduct external and internal investigations and document incidents.
• Prepare and complete reports on theft, recoveries, accidents, and audits.
• Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and training.
• Support and participate in store operations programs.
