Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Loss Prevention Investigator to support loss prevention, security, and asset protection in a fast-paced distribution center. You will identify, investigate, and help prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations while monitoring CCTV systems and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Security, Investigations, or related field preferred.
• Experience in distribution center, warehouse, or high-volume environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems required.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and support investigations involving theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Review access records, incident reports, and CCTV footage to support investigations.
• Conduct or assist with investigative interviews and fact-finding as needed.
• Maintain confidential case records and document investigative findings.
