Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Supervisor to support a safe, friendly shopping environment in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role focuses on guest service, protecting assets, and seamless store operations. It requires a proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt to peak times.

As part of Assets Protection, you will monitor for theft, document incidents, and assist guests while maintaining a positive attitude. Training is provided and daily tasks vary by shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support total store sales, guest service and prevent theft.
• Promote safety and document incidents following AP policies.
