Responsibilities

• Use surveillance techniques to identify shoplifting and dishonest employees.
• De-escalate situations to maintain a safe environment.
• Recover stolen merchandise and document investigations.
• Prepare reports on theft incidents and audits.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
• Build partnerships with store colleagues and law enforcement.
• Testify in court for criminal and civil cases.
• Train colleagues on protection protocols.
