Job summary

CVS Health in Washington, DC is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator (APC) to improve the retail customer experience and mitigate losses from external theft in their assigned store. This role emphasizes customer service and safeguarding assets, not arresting shoplifters.

You will monitor store activity, report incidents in Auror, coordinate with Store Leadership and DAPL, ORC, and cross-functional partners, with a 40-hour work week and a pay range of $20.40–$29.40 hourly.

Qualifications

• Ability to observe and report details accurately.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to use security tagging equipment and understand loss prevention processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and assist with securing devices and shelves.
• Monitor store activity for theft-related risks and communicate observations to management.
• Prepare External Theft reports and share intelligence with relevant teams.
• Support compliance with asset protection programs and escalate vulnerabilities.
