Job summary

Gap Inc. seeks an Asset Protection Coordinator to execute safety and shortage reduction strategies across one or more stores. You investigate theft and fraud, train store teams, and partner with law enforcement to protect people and products across Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic and Athleta.

You will coordinate investigations, analyze incidents, conduct security audits, and help plan for emergencies, contributing to a culture of safety and accountability across our house of iconic brands.

• Collaborate with law enforcement to build and prosecute cases involving habitual or aggressive offenders.
• Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Support emergency preparedness by helping stores plan for safety incidents or crises.
• Analyze incident trends and share insights with AP leadership to inform prevention strategies.
• Represent the AP function in store-level meetings and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

About the Role

You investigate theft and fraud, train store teams, and collaborate with law enforcement to protect our people and products.
