Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Asset Protection Department in shrink reduction activity, including internal & external theft, exception reporting and other audit functions.
• Develop knowledge of the criminal justice system and related laws for private security.
• Maintain relationships with local police and court systems.
• Complete and maintain accurate reports and files.
• Meet store averages for shoplifting apprehensions and deterrence.
• Detect, apprehend and deter shoplifters per company guidelines and statutes.
