Job summary

Ulta Beauty is offering a 10-week Asset Protection Communications & Training Intern program for rising juniors and seniors. Interns will gain hands-on experience in communications, design, and training content, supporting security and loss-prevention initiatives across corporate, field, and distribution contexts.

The role emphasizes storytelling, graphic design, and developing learning materials for store teams and leaders, with a hybrid setup for Corporate interns and in-person for distribution

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in storytelling and developing content for a variety of audiences.
• Experience with graphic design and visual communication principles, including layout, typography, imagery, and information design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of internal communications, training materials, presentations, policy documentation and other resources supporting Asset Protection programs and initiatives.
• Create engaging visual content and graphics that communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Assist with the design and development of training and educational content for store associates, field leaders, and other internal audiences.
• Support organization and ongoing enhancement of Asset Protection SharePoint sites and other internal communication platforms.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate business needs into effective communications and learning materials.
• Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading communications to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
• Support video, presentation, and multimedia projects to increase awareness of Asset Protection initiatives.
