Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain floor awareness to observe behaviors indicating potential theft.
• Communicate suspicious activity to managers.
• Assist in checking personal belongings of associates before they leave the store.
• Thank customers and invite them back.
• Confront customers suspected of concealing merchandise.
• Provide detailed reports to police on stolen merchandise.
• Protect company assets and financial information through internal controls and reporting potential fraud.
