Cascades is seeking an Asset Owner at our Wagram, NC facility to lead production with a servant‑leader approach and to drive continuous improvement. You will coach teams, ensure safety, and facilitate cross‑functional communication to maintain 24/7 readiness and high quality outputs.

With 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing and a Lean mindset, you will play a key role in sustaining efficient operations, audits, and a strong safety culture while supporting payroll, training, and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Secondary education required
• On-call rotation for 24/7 operations
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Familiar with Lean principles and production optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead production team with servant‑leadership approach
• Drive safety‑first culture with audits and clean environment
• Facilitate Tier 1–3 meetings and 24/7 readiness planning
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements
• Coach and mentor employees and promote CI actions
• Collaborate across departments to improve workflows and equipment performance
• Support production standards and audits (HACCP, SQF) in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrate rigor, initiative, and problem-solving daily

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and engage the production team using a servant‑leadership approach; coach employees and build a collaborative floor presence.
• Drive a safety‑first culture, performing audits and maintaining a clean, orderly, compliant work environment.
• Facilitate effective Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings and support planning to ensure clear communication and 24‑hour operational readiness.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• Coach and mentor employees, support training plans, and promote continuous improvement, capturing and following up on CI actions.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve daily issues, support workflow efficiency, and improve equipment performance (OEE).
• Support production standards and audits (HACCP, SQF) in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate rigor, initiative, and strong problem‑solving across daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of leadership experience with a history of team development, creating a culture of engagement and people-focused strategies.
• Secondary education required
• Available to participate in an on‑call rotation supporting 24/7 operations
• Experience in manufacturing Environment required
• Familiar with Lean principles with the ability to address production challenges and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
