Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Asset Operations Support Representative for our Nashville on-site team. This role coordinates asset remarketing activities across the US and Canada, validates asset information, and maintains records in our systems.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and experience in equipment finance, asset management, and compliance-driven workflows. Proficiency with Oracle/Salesforce and MS Office is preferred.

The Role:* This role supports Cat Financial's asset recovery operations by coordinating activities related to repossessed and lease return equipment across the United States and Canada supporting with validating asset information, updating asset records, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout the asset recovery process. What You Will Do: ### Asset Remarketing Operations* Collect, validate, and maintain information required to inventory and sell used equipment assets.* Update asset and system records throughout the asset remarketing process.* Ensure asset documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company requirements.### Transaction and Financial Support* Administer invoices, sales holds, asset payables, and cash applications.* Support transaction processing activities related to asset sales.* Monitor operational workflows to ensure timely completion and accuracy.### Customer & Business Partner Support* Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners.* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the remarketing process.* Build collaborative relationships with sales teams, customers, vendors, and business partners.
