Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Account Administrator to manage relationships with a key group of customers and partners. You will maintain up-to-date CRM data and support satisfaction targets while aligning with corporate goals.

  • If assigned to Aftermarket Solutions: 2+ years exempt experience in administration of program enrollments and implementation of process improvements.

If assigned to Insurance, must be licensed as a Property & Casualty insurance agent in the State of Tennessee within 1 year of job placement. Previous work experience must be progressively increasing in responsibility and accountability and demonstrate an ability to gain in knowledge, skills and responsibility such that a level of full competency can be reached.
