Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Asset Movement Specialist to support field partners and clients with retirement and investment account movements. You will handle calls, explain complex procedures, and provide servicing options in a call center setting.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, investigating complex issues, and advocating for Financial Representatives while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably asset movement or financial services.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex asset movement processes and resolve client inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and caseloads accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Desire to continuously learn asset movement processes and improve performance.
• Computer experience and solid keyboarding skills.
• Advanced customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Advanced financial services industry acumen and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Support field partners and clients with management and movement of retirement and investment accounts.
• Answer asset movement questions and provide servicing options in a call center environment.
• Assist with asset movement transaction procedures and services.
• Resolve basic and intermediate inquiries and transactions from Financial Representatives and clients.
• Investigate and evaluate solutions to complex asset movement inquiries and identify root causes.
• Take ownership of calls and anticipate future issues to prevent repeat calls and unnecessary transfers.
• De-escalate complex inquiries while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Advocate for Financial Representatives and partner with them to meet client asset movement needs.
• Adopt new asset movement technology and educate field partners about self-service capabilities.
• Understand risks and impacts of asset movement transactions on clients and accounts.
