Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver a personalized and remarkable experience for field partners and staff by handling asset movement questions and servicing options in a call center.
• Resolve Inquiries and Transactions: Efficiently address asset movement inquiries and transactions from Financial Reps and clients.
• Research and Evaluate Solutions: Investigate potential solutions to complex asset movement inquiries and identify root causes.
• Ownership and Anticipation: Take ownership of asset movement calls and anticipate future issues.
