The role leads operational due diligence reviews of external managers, evaluates control environments, and collaborates with legal, risk and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, operational due diligence, risk advisory, or financial services auditing.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational due diligence reviews of external asset managers and related counterparties.
• Evaluate design and effectiveness of controls, governance, risk management, and compliance programs.
• Review audited financial statements, regulatory filings, SOC reports, and due diligence materials.
• Assess accounting, valuations, cash management, cybersecurity, vendor oversight and business continuity.
