The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of CRE asset management experience, strong financial modeling skills, and hands-on knowledge of property operations and leasing collaboration. This full-time position requires on-site work in Chicago with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3+ years asset management experience in CRE or related investment area.
• Demonstrated financial modeling, underwriting, budgeting, and portfolio analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset business plans aligned with ownership objectives and investment strategy.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, and manage budgets and capex programs.
• Collaborate with leasing, property management, and development teams to optimize occupancy and rental rates.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for rental growth and asset enhancement.
• Oversee vendor and third-party relationships; negotiate contracts and ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate capital projects from scope to completion with timeline and cost controls.
• Manage risk exposures, insurance, and regulatory compliance related to asset operations.
• Present performance and strategic recommendations to senior management and investors.
• Utilize CRE software to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.
