Qualifications

• 3–5 years in renewable energy asset management, operations, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Energy Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytics with Excel, PowerBI, Tableau; financial modeling experience a plus.
• Familiarity with battery storage and/or solar PV performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asset performance against budgets, forecasts, and contractual benchmarks.
• Coordinate with O&M providers to troubleshoot underperformance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly asset performance reports for internal stakeholders, lenders, and investors.
• Maintain organized documentation and asset data systems; manage project financial models and assumptions.
