Job summary

Top Stack is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the financial performance and strategic planning of a commercial and multifamily real estate portfolio. You will maximize asset value through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.

In this role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and valuation analyses, while collaborating with lenders and investors to support refinancing, acquisitions, and disposition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or investment roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ARGUS.
• Effective communicator with experience presenting to leadership or external partners.
• Experience working with lenders or institutional investors preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for a portfolio of assets.
