Bullpen, on behalf of our client, is hiring an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties across multiple markets. This is a remote role with a focus on performance management, strategy execution, and client-facing reporting. The ideal candidate has quality experience in multifamily asset management, is comfortable working independently, and brings a strong understanding of financial performance drivers.
This position plays a key role in ensuring operational alignment between property management and ownership goals, while also contributing insights to the broader team around market conditions, asset performance, and portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the performance of approximately 20 multifamily assets across 5+ markets
• Conduct weekly calls with third-party property managers to align on financial objectives
• Deliver monthly KPI reports and facilitate quarterly strategic reviews with clients
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio and communicate findings
• Support internal collaboration with brokerage and investment teams, especially around potential dispositions
• Contribute to occasional business development efforts by presenting asset management processes and results
Qualifications
• 7–15 years of experience in multifamily asset management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-market portfolios and work with diverse ownership groups
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with a clear understanding of NOI drivers
• Comfortable presenting to clients and translating complex information into clear recommendations
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a portfolio with minimal oversight
• Experience in secondary or tertiary markets is a plus (i.e., Spokane, Post Falls, Wenatchee, Tri-Cities)
