Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own asset-level business plans and performance execution across a portfolio, including leasing, operations, capital projects, and disposition/refinance evaluation
• Identify value-creation opportunities and proactively manage asset-level risks, including covenant/compliance items, insurance matters, and material tenant or operational issues
• Oversee third-party property managers, leasing teams, and key vendors; set expectations, monitor KPIs, and enforce service and reporting standards
• Partner with leasing to set strategy, approve deal economics, and evaluate market positioning, renewals, and tenant retention plans
• Drive annual budgets, reforecasts, and variance analysis; manage operating and capital performance against plan
• Evaluate and prioritize capital expenditures; review scopes, bids, and ROI, and monitor execution to schedule and budget
• Prepare and deliver asset and portfolio reporting for internal leadership and investors, highlighting performance drivers, risks, and mitigation plans
• Collaborate with acquisitions, capital markets, and accounting/finance teams on underwriting updates, financing activities, valuations, and transaction execution support
