Job summary

Accenture Consulting in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Asset Management to lead complex transformation programs and guide large client-facing teams. You will collaborate with senior clients to shape strategy, deliver impactful solutions, and drive growth across the practice.

The role emphasizes leadership, delivery excellence, and client development with exposure to a broad portfolio of capabilities and a culture that values inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge in asset management (product, distributions, operations, investment technology, etc.)
• Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in the asset management industry
• Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and positioning to expand client footprint
• Experience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagements
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Previous management consulting, program management, business advisory

Responsibilities

• Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives
• Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic level
• Managing large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
• Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, including negotiating or influencing on significant matters
• Initiating and leading business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients
• Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, points-of-view, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management
• Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry, bringing original thought and recommendation to industry leaders
• Business development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accenture’s value to client growth and innovation
