• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication.
• Comfort with Agile operating models and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive design of critical components in the technology stack and oversee new feature implementation.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products.
• Contribute to product vision and engineering culture within the global team.
• Design flows and systems using cloud and on-prem technologies for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to SDLC documentation, templates, patterns, and controls.
• Perform code reviews and establish code quality standards for distributed systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate with leadership and business teams.
