Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in asset management or related fields.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Prior management consulting and business analysis experience required.
• Entrepreneurial and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver insights and implement business change for Asset Managers.
• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.
• Stay informed on asset manager industry strategy, technology, and innovations.
• Influence strategic direction with senior management.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on industry expertise.
• Lead business development, including client proposals and relationships.
• Support practice development through market research and knowledge management.
