Accenture Consulting is seeking a Consultant in Asset Management to deliver insights and drive business change for capital markets clients in the United States. You will apply analytics and industry knowledge to shape programs and optimize processes across large enterprise environments.

You will lead workshops, document data flows, and stay ahead of industry innovations while collaborating with a diverse team of experts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
3+ years of industry experience in asset management or related field.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

Lead or support project teams to deliver insights and drive business change across Asset Management projects.
Lead workshops with key client stakeholders to document process/data flows and associated technology applications.
Maintain an understanding of advancements in Asset Manager business strategy, technology and innovations.
Bring industry experience, expertise, and recommendations to Asset Management clients to influence initiative execution.
Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Support business development initiatives, including client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients.
Support the development of the practice by participating in market research, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
