JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of US Third-Party Wealth (TPW) Channel Marketing to lead marketing initiatives targeted at registered independent advisors (RIAs), wirehouses, broker-dealers, and other intermediaries serving individual investors. They will also play a key role supporting and building our AM Marketing function in Chicago.

Role Summary

Partner with client-facing business leaders, product strategy, investment teams, and broader AM Marketing teams to identify and harness top commercial priorities and translate them into full-funnel plans, fueling our business growth objectives with this critical segment.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for AM’s third-party wealth client segment to fuel overall business growth objectives in the US.
  2. Create compelling messaging, and ensure the Asset Management value proposition, and associated third-party wealth value proposition are infused through all related marketing activities in the US.
  3. Partner with marketing team to track and analyze client research to determine how AM is perceived by our third-party wealth clients, and execute plans to enhance perceptions.
  4. Develop and execute impactful, measurable lead generation and client retention campaigns leveraging digital, media, and in-person channels.
  5. Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to deliver a content calendar supporting the US third-party wealth marketing strategy, including content creation and ongoing improvements across marketing and sales collateral, social media, and am.gs.com.
  6. Partner with third-party wealth business leaders to develop tailored client-specific marketing programs to deepen relationships and build loyalty.
  7. Coordinate sponsorship strategies and execute related events in partnership with business and marketing leads.
  8. Ensure end-to-end reporting and measurement of marketing impact, delivering clear ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.
  9. Drive operational efficiency of the US third-party wealth marketing team, ensuring motivation, engagement, and scalability.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with AM marketing leaders, EO marketing partners, Corporate Communications, sales, investment heads, and key global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. 10+ years in a similar role within a leading financial institution, with a proven track record of measurable impacts and achievements.
  2. Deep knowledge of the asset management industry, including clients, products, regulations, and competitors.
  3. Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and business acumen.
  4. Effective cross-organizational collaboration, with excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to present investment views thoughtfully, synthesize information, and develop compelling narratives.
  6. Proven integrated marketing expertise across strategy and execution, leveraging subject matter experts.
  7. Solid digital marketing experience, including martech, lead generation, and analytics in B2B environments.
  8. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  9. Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
